Personal Lines of Insurance
The choices for types of life insurance have mushroomed
during the past decade. In addition to the old standbys of
term life and whole life, other options are now available
and growing in popularity. Some are riskier investments than
others, and some are designed to cover business
interests more than family needs. Policies can be tailored
to specific professional and family situations by careful
planning and advice.

Commercial Lines of Insurance
The most common types of commercial insurance are
property, liability and workers' compensation. In general,
property insurance covers damages to your business property;
liability insurance covers damages to third parties; and
workers' compensation insurance covers on-the-job injuries
to your employees. Depending on your business, you may want
additional specialized coverages. Listed below are some of
the different types of business insurance.

Life/Health Insurance
Today, health care costs are high, and
getting higher. Who will pay your bills if you have a
serious accident or a major illness? You buy health
insurance for the same reason you buy other kinds of
insurance, to protect yourself financially. With health
insurance, you protect yourself and your family in case you
need medical care that could be very expensive. You can't
predict what your medical bills will be. In a good year,
your costs may be low. But if you become ill, your bills
could be very high. If you have insurance, many of your
costs are covered by a third-party payer, not by you. A
third-party payer can be an insurance company or, in some
cases, it can be your employer.
